Dulee Carmel has been long-listed for the Gratiaen Prize in Sri Lanka for the book The Heart of the Wood which was acquired by Creative Text Publishers, US. She has been declared a potential winner by the Edward Lear Poetry Competition (Limericks) for her poetry.
